4. Cookies
We use three categories of cookies. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies using the banner at the bottom of the page. You may change your preferences at any time by revisiting the site in a new browser session.
Strictly necessary
Required for the portal to function — login session, security (CSRF), shopping basket, and cookie consent storage. These are always active and do not require your consent.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4, measurement ID: G-YFT1MZLHRK) to understand how trade partners use the portal — pages visited, session duration, and general usage patterns. GA4 data is processed by Google LLC (USA) under standard contractual clauses. Analytics cookies are only set after you give consent. Retention: 14 months.
Marketing cookies
Used for targeted advertising on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook) to reach relevant security installers. Marketing cookies are only set after you give consent. If you reject marketing cookies, you may still see generic (non-targeted) adverts.
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 — if you reject analytics or marketing cookies, Google receives anonymised, cookieless signals only. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie (website_cookies_bar) for 12 months.
5. Third parties we share data with
